2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Announcement

We are delighted to announce that our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday 30th August at Prestwick Academy at 7:00pm, and it is shaping up to be a very special one...

As this AGM will be the first chance to get a member-exclusive sneak preview of the initial concept designs for Phase One of the Broadway's restoration, developed with our architects at Burrell Foley Fischer. These concepts do not represent the final designs but rather a detailed picture at what the first phase of the Broadway Cinema of the future will look like. And as members, we want to hear your feedback!

Your thoughts and opinions will be relayed directly to our architects as we work together to create a Broadway that caters to everyone, and becomes all things to all people for generations to come. Once presented, there will be extensive opportunities to ask us questions, have your say, and share your own vision for how Phase One may develop.

If you are already a member, you can also access and complete a Proxy Voting Form from your email invitation, if you are unable to attend and would like another to cast your votes in your place. You can then return the form to us via email in advance of the meeting start time. Please be aware that only Full members are legally able to vote at the meeting, although Associate members are still very much welcome to attend and take an active part in the consultations. If you are not yet a member too, there is still time to sign-up now using the link below and attend next week for what will be a historic moment for the project.
