2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Recap

Our 2023 AGM was held yesterday evening at Prestwick Community Centre and was an incredible success!

We were absolutely blown away by the attendance and would like to thank each and every one of you who came along and to all the proxy votes we received. This year's meeting truly signified the dawning of a new chapter of the Broadway's history. With the licence agreement signed, funding awarded, architects appointed, structural report received from the students, and finally a new dream team of directors appointed the project couldn't be more ready for the next stage of the Broadway's journey!

We would like to give one last thank you to the directors who have stepped down, to Stuart, Julie and Hazel we will miss you and you will always have played a pivotal role in getting the project to where it is today. We would like to thank our new directors and volunteers too! The amazing experience, passion and dedication you now bring will be crucial in ensuring our dreams become a reality! A special thank you too goes out to Gemma from Esther Morgan Photography & Film who we are delighted to announce has agreed to become the project's official photographer and videographer! You may notice the photos taken here are of incredible quality and this standard of professionalism can now be expected at all Broadway events in the future. We are beyond excited to bring Gemma into the project and we will be making more announcements on how we capture the Broadway's journey in the near future.
